Colonoscopy time tomorrow. Way different from the last one 11 years ago. Been on liquid diet all day and just mixed 8 ounces of some nasty tasting stuff with water then chasing that with 32 ounces of more water.

Dad had a colon cancer, so I got started early. Found a polyp the first time, two the second time. Then, none the last two. So I get to go 5 years now instead of the 3 year plan they had me on. Hope you have good results.Comment
