    its got to be some sort of tubing bender but not sure what type of tubing?

      I was also thinking small tubing bender, but not sure. Cm Sackett, that flat part has puzzled me too. Maybe somebody out there has one exactly like this and can chime in.

            The flat simply is a stop to keep the tubing against the die. I've got several that look just like that. On mine the flat actually pivots out of the way to load the tubin into the bender.

              I wondered about that flat flange serving as a die shoe... but couldn't see, from the photos, any marks, let alone receiver grooves/pins/holes for a die to attach to.

              And the fact that that flange doesn't seem to pivot confused me, as well.
