No, Bluebonnets are already emerged by now.

Rezilon purchased. I sure hope this stuff exercises those spikey demons straight out of my yard

We put ours out over the course of three days last week. Feel good about having gotten ahead of it.

Thanks for the heads up, DB.

I put it out on Sunday, but I swear it's too late for the crabgrass. I already saw tufts of it poking up.

Anyone know a good granular pre emergent for sand burrs? I am headed out today to pick something up to spread out.

Pre-emergents kill any seed that sprouts, weeds, burs, wildflowers. It doesn’t discriminate. When the seed sprouts and sends out its first root, contact with the pre-emergent kills it.

Got it out. Is it good to spray before the rain?

Add a quart to the acre of glyphosate with that rezilon or you'll be peeing in the wind, especially if you have perennial sandburs.

                        Roundup? Won't that kill everything?

Glyphosate won't hurt dormant bermuda or other warm season native grasses. I wouldnt put gly on st Augustine.

I spray about 500 acres a year with that combo. I couldn't find the webinar on YouTube to post it. But research showed something like 10% to 80% control of sandburs using rezilon. The 10% was with no Glyphosate.

I've stunted a little last year but it was sprayed laye after some bermuda green up. But the customer insisted. Still their first cutting was pretty, straight bermuda, while everyone else was getting their first cutting to clean up rye grass and foxtail.
