    They will want you to bore or cut a hole in a perfectly good working "non compliant emissions" piece of equipment for the penance you get for a "emissions compliant", modern piece of crap. Just FYI.

    Borderline sin and straight up environmental marxism.

      I've "heard" of some folks scamming the program and getting their old equipment fixed up while getting new equipment paid for.

            I know a guy who inflated his miles or hours to get a higher grant, at the end of the year he was way short on hours so he put jacks under the rear axle and left the tractor run in gear for several days in order to meet his requirement, there was definitely some scamming going on.
