My buddy gifted me a couple of bags of mountain lion ham. I’m looking for a good recipe, as it’s probably only enough for one meal. Only two requirements: 1. It’s gotta get hot enough to kill trichinosis. 2. I want to be able to taste the lion. Thanks for any suggestions!
