Non detectable self defense knives

Anyone carry these type of self defense? I just ordered a 3 pack of punch daggers for me and a few for Xmas gifts.

I like the idea of carrying something that can get thru basic metal detectors in case the SHTF. Anyone else?

Cool looking knives, but are you talking about just evading "normal" metal detectors, or going a huge step further and maybe trying to carry one on a plane?

I don't guess I ever felt the need. Maybe I'm unprepared for the eventual knife fight I'm going to be in when the SHTF, whatever S that may be.

No intention of going thru TSA with one. Would be concerts, sports, and other similar events.

Hope I'm never in hand to hand combat either. We teach run, hide, fight in our office incident training. But could I channel my inner Jason Bourne if needed?

For concerts and sporting events, i have a magnet on the backside of my phone and stick my knife to it. They always hold the basket and i place it in or they tell me to carry my phone through and hold it up. Hasn't failed me yet.

I’m in a Dallas hospital right now with metal detectors and guards to search. This would be great for this scenario as well as concerts/sporting events/schools and other “gun free zones.

I've always figured if I ever have the need to Pez a defendant in a courthouse I'll use a ceramic knife.

Seems real mall ninja-y to me. Shrek doesn't need a plastic knife to neutralize a threat. The rest(most of us) need way more than a knife to do so in a shtf scenario. Poking a hole in someone that causes them to bleed out after the fight is over ain't a great self defense weapon in the thick of it.
