Run on Toilet paper, Again ???

if anyone is coming to the coast to fish, bring your own toilet paper. Dont know the why, but apparently social media has posted about the longshoremen strike for better wages, so that then
caused a run on toilet paper, and paper products. The entire isle of our local HEB was sold out yesterday. ( even though toilet paper does not come in from the ports ))
Just a heads up. Hopefully your stores have it in stock. whats next to go out of stock ?? pea Gravel . Lord help us/.

Saw on the news these products are not affected being domestically produced which makes sense...a container full of TP going across the pond doesn't seem like sound $$$$.

I was at sams, actually needed TP, and every cart had it loaded up this was yesterday. Smart people don't load up on TP load up on baby wipes, cleans and wipes just don't flush them. Trash can with bag in it works fine. We have baby wipes, large quantity in our preppers stash for instances like this and much worse. It's incredible TP is the thing everyone panics for. We live outside of city/town but I can see folks making runs on gas stations too just out of panic in cities.

I had to go to Costco on Tuesday for a few little things and was amazed at the amount of people there on a Tuesday at 10:30am. I didn't realize why everyone had large amounts of TP and water until later in the day. You just have to shake your head at these people and move on. If I think about how stupid the average person is in America it will get you down and depressed.
