Who do you use for your Wild Game Processing that does the best job? I use PnP Processing in New Summerfield, Tx that I like and I also like Kuby's Wild Game Processing in Dallas, Tx. I have heard Slovacek's in Snook, Tx is good. Where do you go?

I've always heard good things about Eddie Ray's in Elm Mott and McGregor.
My go to is Cow Creek Processing outside Boerne. The dry sausage cannot be beat, in my opinion.

We typically process our own because it's too dang expensive for us to pay a processor for 4-5 deer and some hogs every year. Not only the cost, but we've had a hard time finding a place where we liked the sausage (link/summer/breakfast). I'm pretty picky about it and like it drier and hotter than most make it. I had a couple of seasons where I was swamped and didn't have time for processing so we took it to someone. Both times at both places I was shocked at the cost and disappointed in the results. The equipment was a great investment.

Do my own for the reasons listed above. I have had sausage made at Belleville Meat Market that was good, crazy expensive, but good.
I’ve also had H&S chipotle sausage there and it is good. Took some cubed up venison there last year.
I haven’t refined my sausage making so every other year or so I’ll take some deboned venison to either place
