It should be awesome. In addition to Banff, take in Canmore and Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.

Do a search, topic has been discussed many time. Here is the latest I remember.

I’ll be in the Canmore/Banff area in mid-June on vacation with the family and looking for can’t miss to-do’s and/or suggestions. Anyone got any ideas?

my one big suggestion, if you can make it up to Jasper for a day or two, do it! The further north you get, the better it gets.

We’re up here now, actually at the airport on our way home. Be sure to make reservations for everything prior to arriving. Jasper burned, I’m not sure they’re allowing visitors yet.

                      PM me with any specifics.

What an amazing trip....not sure I have ever seen more beautiful country .....made it up to Jasper they are now allowing people back in....entire west end of the town is gone...approx 30% of the homes...Lake Louise, Moraine, Emerald, Bow River....all incredible...went up to Peyto Lake and it snowed heavily on us which was pretty cool.....Johnston Canyon was incredible....only thing closed was Lake Maligne up in Jasper from the fire....

Got pic of Elk, Bulls and Cows on a golf course of all places.....a Grizzly Bear ( HUGE) ....Coyote, Fox and a white wolf with a tracking collar on him......many others also....

About froze my B@#$$$ off at Columbia Ice Fields.....

What an incredible trip, if you havent been I highly recommend it.....

Caught a 200 person Indian wedding at Lake Louise where everyone was dressed to the nines in their usual attire....heard it was a 3 day $6 million party......CRAZY

Sounds like you hit all the big name spots. Those Ice Fields are no joke. That glacier outs out quite the chill even in the summer. I've never seen a more beautiful place than the Canadian Rockies.
