That original picture looks like a gas fitting, like a male flare. A bit hard to see in picture to be certain. Pretty sure those come in standard sizes, 3/8, 1/2, etc

Pull that fitting and put in a bushing and a Schrader valve.

I’m pretty sure that fitting is the same as the access port on the outside AC unit that is used to check Freon level/pressure.
I would guess whoever installed the system used that fitting with anticipation of hooking freon drum up via charging hose
        to blow the line.

Use a shop vac to clear your lines. Using air pressure could blow a pipe connection in the wall.

My line goes down into the slab and out in the flower bed. It's PVC in the closet and goes into copper through the slab.

That's what I have. I need the female fitting to go on an air hose.

They don’t make one. We already told you that’s a gas line fitting the builder screwed in because he didn’t have the right stuff. You get er done. Stick with it.

The only fitting that screws onto a male flare fitting is a flare nut.

I'm giving up on this. I'm just over thinking this. For no more than I have to do this, it's not that hard to unscrew the fitting and stick my air gun in the hole.

Just take it loose go get a 1/4 turn mini valve and a male quick connect nipple.

Or just put a 1/4 turn mini valve in that hole and get you a blow gun with a rubber tip you can stick in it.

I would think any water well company would have those fittings ?
