Live Hunt - New Mexico Elk

I’ve enjoyed quite a few live hunts on TBH in my 20 years on the site but never had a hunt I thought was worth sharing. The his year I was lucky enough to draw a tag for first archery in the Gila. Elk hunting has been a dream of mine since I was a teen, can’t believe I’m finally getting a chance to go! I’ve been getting ready all summer, bow is tuned, broad heads are sharp and I’ll be hitting the road first thing tomorrow morning!
