You mentioned site shift. I am guilty of not being on here as much after the new site design. I do need to figure out if there is a way to enlarge the font. Hard on my old eyes. Also, it says 4 responses, more like about 30. Got a few bugs yet to work out. Would love to see the search feature be forum specific( maybe it is & I have missed that part).

I've been on here bout as long as you and as stated above, you're a trusted member. Says a lot now a days.

Good lord, that sentence looks like someone tried to fillet a trout with a weedeater. It’s ok, I’ve known Trey a minute, he sabes Moserish.

As far as your original question, Trey. I never called you because I have a trusted family friend who has done double digit mortgages for myself and my family, and I’m an extremely loyal guy. Sometimes to a fault. That gentleman has now retired, and I’m sure he would give me a good referral for my next mortgage, but I’d call you first, because I’ve drank tequilla with you before daylight, and I used to remember all the words to “The Green Eyed Fruit Bat”!

If sales revenue offsets advertising costs it’s a no brainer
My house and property is paid for, but If we decide to upgrade I will keep you in mind.
I may not post as much, but I am on here daily

I moved to Drip in January and will be reaching out when we are ready to buy (likely next year). I think we connected before you were a sponsor though. Not sure if those statements are relevant to the question or not, but I appreciate your contributions both monetary and not to the site for many years.

I have a nice smaller home on the market and I have been proactive in getting the price at a level that makes it stand out. It's been listed for two months and there have been three tours. People are not in the mood to buy houses at the moment and I'm not sure what it will take to get them in the mood. Maybe wages catching up to inflation will do it, and that takes awhile. It's your call on the sponsorship. When advertising doesn't work, do you still advertise? I don't know about that but I do know that a farmer will plant seed even when the forecast isn't favorable.

I have not used your services but I definitely have seen plenty of happy customers that did, so not sure what that is worth to you, but seems like the interest rates have things all messed up no matter where you advertise, so business is business and only you know the cost benefit ratio of whatever you do. Good luck and keep up the good work!!

Have you a drink and read it again. Made perfect sense to me 😂

Trey, we have talked refi stuff twice but it just didn’t make sense for me at the time. I was confident in your knowledge and advice based on what I have seen you post here, on the surface that says your sponsorship banner got you nothing from me but in reality you would not have been permitted to make some of your posts without that sponsorship.

Your question is not a surprise however, I predicted a drop in sponsorship in the middle of the site changes and participation has not been anywhere near normal since then.

SEEE! I’ve never even met Brent, and he knowed…he knowed..

I’m not sure that says a ton for him, but I’ll take it.

No need in being a sponsor. You have made a bunch of contacts here that will carry over whether here or not. Just my 2 cents.

Trey, you did my refi a couple of times and even did some buddies outside TBH because you were so easy to work with. I would call you again tmrw. Hang tough and keep advertising because this group is so reputable its easy.

Still here. Read threads daily and I have contacted at least one sponsor in the past.

I'm still on here but not near as often as I once was. Most of the times I will read threads but not participate in them.
