Congrats Sir ! It takes strength and courage to stop bad habits. I guess I don’t have the wiring to get “hooked” and I’m grateful for that. There was a time when I drank a lot, but I was able to slowly withdraw from those habits and now I can take it or leave it. I think about what could have been every now and then and I thank God that I didn’t go down that road.

I appreciate it, not to detract from the OP but home life is 1000x better. Wife says she loves knowing which version of me she is going to get, which was good to hear but also hard

That's great hear that she LOVES it! Focus on the good, the hard is just Satan trying to distract you. He's losing another and he hates it! Let that fuel you even more!
