Today marks 31 years without a drink. I'll never forget the day I woke up in rehab...I could not imagine a life without alcohol. I thought I would be miserable for the rest of my life and I'd never have fun again.
Satan is a liar and a thief. He almost won. I chose a life with Christ. Wasn't easy by any means. I look back at all the years and see all the struggles I had (and still have today) but God's word is true life.
If your struggling He will help if you'll just ask Him. He loves us all no matter what we've done or what we're doing. Phil 4:13 ...I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me... and....1John 4:19....because He first loved us....
