If an SO moved into my neighborhood i would go knock on their door and have a conversation with them. I have a hot tub and me and my girlfriend use it a couple times a week. I also have a deck.

Professor told us that kids who use anatomically correct terms are 90-something percent less likely to be abused. You can google it and get results from Psychology Today or The New York Times, but here is an article more fitting for TBH:
As someone mentioned, don’t worry too much about who moves into the neighborhood; the vast majority of assaults are by friends and family.
Last statistic I read was that 1 in 4 females will be assaulted in their lifetime.
