    ^^^THANK YOU!! I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one who thought so. Cleaning them however, is a pain in the arse. Everything on them sticks or cuts me and draws blood.
    I don't share your feelings about redfish tho. Bled or not bled, both are great to me. I do prefer them bled. Blackened is my favorite way to eat them.
