About Whitetail Deer Meat Discover the finest Whitetail venison, farm-raised and processed to perfection by our contracted producers and processors throughout the mid-western United States. At Grande Premium Meats, we ensure our deer meat is free from growth additives and animal byproducts, meeting our exacting specifications for quality and purity. High-Quality Whitetail Venison Looking for where to buy deer meat online? Grande Premium Meats offers a wide range of Whitetail venison products including steaks, roasts, and venison burgers. Our Whitetail venison is lean, bold, and more filling than any beef cut, making it a delicious and healthy choice. Lower in fat and cholesterol, and higher in active protein, iron, and essential minerals, Whitetail venison is one of the most nutritious meats you can enjoy. Cooking Tips for Whitetail Venison To enjoy the full flavor and tenderness of Whitetail deer meat, it should be cooked as rare as you prefer. Overcooking can dry out this lean game meat, so we recommend marinating or using moist cooking methods if you prefer your meat beyond medium. A flame-broiled rare venison steak with a hint of salt is an unbeatable taste treat. I'm also 99.9% sure it is against the law to sell whitetail meat in Texas. It wouldn't matter if it was farm-raised or not, as the state owns all the whitetail as they remind us often. I could be wrong.
It does not say whitetail. Just venison.
