My daughter and her boyfriend just got a Blackstone. Man, that thing must be 48 inches long. Anyway, he cooked up a bunch of hamburgers, hot dogs, and chicken breasts. I thought the burgers would taste like being fried. But they didn't. They tasted real good, almost like being B-B-Q'd. And the chicken and dogs were great also. They wanted to get me one for Christmas, but I declined. I may be in the market for one now !!

I like watching Bruce mitchells cooking on youtube. I havent made anyhting really of his but dang it all looks good.

I like cooking most things listed above. Other than i have not done the philly cheesteak but now i am.

Camp chef is another great griddle for the price.

FYI spend the time to season it several times before you even use it. Its a PIA when they rust.

I have been putting off getting one because I have been dreading the upkeep and rust if kept in the RV storage area so I thought the stainless would suit my needs better.

Sounds like a great idea to me!! I've bee going to get one for my 36" Blackstone since my wife gave it to me for Christmas many years ago... Just haven't gotten around to doing it yet... Even though it's stainless, you still should season it just like the carbon steel ones... Makes it cook better and the food will taste better!

My favorite meal to cook on the griddle is breakfast. Can cook eggs, bacon, hash-browns, toast all at the same time so they come off hot and fresh! There's a reason most all "diners n dives" have griddles... Best cooking device on the planet!

I keep a 17” Blackstone in our RV and have had zero issue with rust, it was well seasoned prior to going in the RV though.

Smash burgers are always a big hit with my family. Other good ones are Philly cheesesteaks, the typical breakfast spreads, quesadillas. I also love doing blackened fish and shrimp on there. I put the shrimp on skewers to make them easier to flip. The cleanup is extremely easy.

My latest project is to replicate Hudson House’s fish tacos. Blackened fish tossed on a large tortilla with a thin layer of cheese, slaw, sauces of your choosing. Wrap it up burrito style and keep it on the griddle so everything melts together on the inside and the tortilla gets toasted. VERY good.
