Emoji posting problem

What am I doing wrong? When I try to include one of the emojis, it pops up somewhere inthe middle of my last sentence instead of at the end of the post. See what I mean!!!

Posting from iphone. Occasionally the emoji will go where my cursor is flashing. Most of the time, it pops up in some random position of the last sentence I wrote. For example, I finished that last sentence, tabbed over two spaces, then hit the mad emoji. It was automatically inserted prior to the period at the end of the last sentence. Lots of times it will insert it three or four words back into the last sentence.

That dosen’t work!!!! Lots of times I have to just hit return to get it to go down a line then put the emoji in. It’s a big PITA. The same thing happens with pics. You can’t type a story and put pics in between paragraphs where you want them. That part still sucks!!!! I’m using an iPhone XR

Ok, just figured something out!!!! When the site first changed over you couldn’t use the iPhone emojis. You had to use the ones in the list on tbh (which are very limited). Those are the ones that go Willy nilly anywhere in your post.

After seeing Charlie’s post, I now see you can use emojis from the iPhone, and they stay where you put them. Mucho better!!!!!!! 👍

bugleboy, try using the emojis on your phone keyboard and not the ones on TBH.

Now, if I could only get the pic positioning thing to work, it would all be good.
