Any glass company can recreate that pane. It'll need to be tempered glass since it's in a door.

correct, I’m just looking for help finding someone to cut the glass. So far, it’s more than what a new door cost to get it fixed. I’m hoping someone here is in the glass business that can lead me in the right direction of fixing it by myself. If not, im buying a new door

If you dont order online, you will most likely have to buy a new door. Everyone I talked to would only supply the IGU if they would put it in, and for a ridiculous amount of money. Im assuming it just isnt worth the trouble unless they make the labor cost. I called and emailed multiple places around Houston to no avail. Ordered online and installed myself, very simple. Was much easier than the effort I wasted trying to find someone local.

          One Day Glass https://www.onedayglass.com/order-online/

          14" x 14" Tempered IGU
          low-e/clear
          1/2" thick
          Aluminum spacer
          Seamed edge
          Capillary tubes

          $73.66 including shipping

Making assumptions based on the size you stated and guessed the thickness. Will need to get actual measurements to order. 3 spacer colors to choose from, and multiple tint/glass types to choose from. Yours is probably low-e on one side and clear on the other.
