    This is true. I had leftover crystals in my ankle once that just wouldn't go away until I stood on four mower blades while they were being sharpened. The vibration smoothed them right out.

      Oh hell to the absolute NO!!! Nothing and I mean nothing touches my foot when I have a flare. I can’t even imagine a massager on it!

        I had many flare ups. Had it in both feet at same time literally crawled around on my knees for two weeks 300mg allopurinol is keeping it in check at the moment. Stuff will make you dizzy though

          It runs in our family. When my little brother first got it, he called me begging for some relief. I told him the only thing that helps is put warm butter and salt mixture on the joint. I said this won't cure it but will help with the pain. Called him back in an hour and he was sitting in his chair with this stuff all over his foot. Still laugh about it.

          Started out with colchicine when I felt a flare up. As long as I started the colchicine early, it cured it. Then when I was doing cancer treatments it got really bad and started on 300mg allopurinol daily. That stopped the attacks.
