What year was your house built?

Has it ever been hot or is this a new problem that just started?

If your house is old with galvanized pipes you might have a clog. Do you get good pressure with cold but not with hot?

I have one handle for the hot & cold water for the shower. I had the same issue, hot water everywhere except the shower. I had to change out some cartridge and it fixed the problem.

So is an international shower one with multiple shower heads at different locations with independent valves controlling each shower head? Help out my country azz.

Yup. This ol Country Boy is Livin the Dream in this Shower. Shower Heads all over the place. A total of 6......Normally we just use the Main "Rain Shower Head" and be done.

This! Several years ago, my Mom had her guest bathroom remodeled. I only get up to see her about twice a year. Finally after two years of taking cold showers, I pulled the single handle knob off the wall to figure it out. There was an adjustment behind the faceplate (whatever it’s called) and turned the adjustment valve a little bit. Boom! Not more cold showers…

More than likely (especially if delta) it’s the mixing valve cartridge. Easy fix. They have safety feature for “anti scalding”…… like most things made better to protect dumb people, they suck.

Can anyone help me understand how I can pull the cartridge from this unit?

Pretty typical for me, I watched a bunch of youtube videos, felt like I understood the problem and the solution....then I get there and it doesnt look like anything I had researched.
