What would you put in your last home?

Just day dreaming here... what would you put in your last home if you were custom building? Could be as simple as an ice maker on the back patio or as extravagant as whatever your imagination can think up. I'll start.

Aforementioned ice maker; big back porch with a chimney, plenty of chairs and a big TV; 4 car garage with plenty of space, a big workshop...what else you guys doing?

A real stove top vent that vents outside the house.

An air conditioned room attached to the garage for gun safes, hunting gear closet, work bench, TV, bar, trophies, bow and fishing rod racks, golf clubs, beer fridge/freezer, and stackable washer/dryer. So that you can back the truck right in next to it to load/unload.

At the beginning of that process right now. Fairly simple so far, but quite an upgrade from where I live now. For me, the house is less important than the property. So its only 1412sf with just under 600sf of covered porches. Big closet for gun/bow stuff. French doors in the back and the master bedroom. Two pantries and a storage closet for my processing eqpt. House is at the top of a hill, 200' in elevation above the pastures. Close enough to the edge I will be able to see my hay barn and about 30ac of pasture and the spring fed year round creek, along with hilltop views for miles.

Shop will be small, too. 1300sf, climate controlled. 2 big doors with 12' covered porch off the back for implements etc. Havent decided exactly where yet, probably off the west side, I will build a walk in cooler, smallish at probably 6' x 6'. Chain hoist on I beam off the back that I can drag under the roof to clean deer/beef under cover.

As much outdoor living space as I could afford. A big *** fan to keep me comfortable in the outdoor living space. Enough outdoor cooking equipment and counter space so that I didn't have to cook inside anymore. A climate controlled processing room. A hot tub. And a sonic ice maker. :-)

If price is no object then a basement. It's solid rock under my house and would have cost a fortune

A bigger garage. Built in good surround sound.

A game cleaning area with built in tables climate controlled and drains in the floor so I can just spray everything down and let it wash into the floor drain. Said area or room would also have a hoist arm that would extend out into the garage so all I'd have to do is hoist up and slide the deer out and into the cleaning room. Would also have a she shed for my bride for her to store her decorations and do her crafts.

An RO system that is connected to a drinking water tap, the fridge, ice maker, and plumbed-in coffee pot. 2 dishwashers, 2 washer/dryer setups. An indoor game room with a golf simulator that is set up for entertaining with a full bar. Big enough garage doors to park any vehicle you want. Dedicated storage somewhere other than in the garage or up stairs.

Screened in back and or porch with a couple of ceiling fans.

Mini split system totally devoted to the master bedroom.

Half bath for guests during get togethers.

Walk in showers for every full size bathroom.

Tub in master bath along with a sizeable walk in shower with two side heads along with a rain head.
