You won't be disappointed! That's what I use to cut my 5 acre yard... It it still strong and runs like a top. Been going since 2015... she burns a little oil now, but other than one spindle, she's all original other than a belt and a battery... oh and I keep 3 sets of those high lift blades in rotation... It takes 3 sets to get me through a growing season... Unless it's too wet like it is right now, I have to mow about every 5 days... This next time around, will be a doozy because it has been too wet and sloppy to mow...

I have a feeling that this fall I’m going to be in the market for a zero turn. Currently I’ve got an old John Deere L118 42” cut mower with 520 hours on it. It runs great, cuts good, but it just takes too long to mow the yard. I’ve got 2 acres plus 600’ of frontage road that I keep mowed. It usually takes around 5 hours to get it all cut. I’m gonna look at some of these mowers that y’all recommend. Thanks.

Same here, been a good machine except for a weld that held an idler pulley broke. It was out of warranty but the dealer took care of it.

I didn't think about extra blades. I did get enough oil and filters to get me through the first couple of oil changes. Dealer said to change the oil at 8hrs and 50 hrs.

If you're mowing a normal yard, you won't go through many blades, but I mow almost 5 acres and some of it is not nice turf grass. It's really just pasture grass that I keep mowed and most of all, I have a million crawdad mounds. they are rough on blades!
