I had the same problem as you. Take a piece of pipe 2-3 inches wide and drive it into the ground inside your feeder pen kinda close to your panels. Then just use zip ties to secure camera to the pipe. This is what I did and now cows can’t get to it to mess with it.

8’ t post.. you can build your own mount with 1/4” eye bolts or buy one. We mount the solar panel above. It. Works great.

this is the look on 8’ t post. Cows summered here until 2 weeks ago with no damage

Find some brush and and logs and stack around the base of the T-post 4-5ft from the base. They won't mess with them.

I'm having this problem too at every camera. Going higher on T-post or wood pole seems like the solution.

I hate cows. Then again, I just sold some 550lb calves that brought about 1150 per. That will pay for a lot of deer corn. And taller poles.

Put your cam on a t-post
take one cattle panel and make a circle out of it
              set it over the cam
              works for us
the cam is the middle and cows can’t get to it

What height do you mount your camera and solar panel?

7’. Drill a hole in the t post spine and install are eye bolt camera holder then two more holes above it to zip tie the panel in.

Recently lost a camera to the cows, i took an "L" bracket and mounted it on a 7' 2x4 and then took a swivel mount from an HME T-post mount and used lock washers to get the camera angle set right. 2x4 was then mounted to my T-post with 3 band clamps. Seems to be working out so far.

I ended up using a cattle panel to make a pen around most of them. I used about a 7' T post for the camera and solar panel in the middle of the pen. I supported the pen by 2 T posts. Seems like it it should work but we will see. Thanks for the feedback everyone!
