I’ve used them the last few years without issue. Yep, it’s not as easy as taking it back. I had helpers fill the feeders. I can’t put it back in bags and haul it halfway across the State again. I have emailed them and attached the video. So far I’ve gotten no response.
They excel in customer service and they will make it right or refund your money - whatever you wish. I have been a member of the co-op for 30 years and sometimes things don't go well, but I can promise you they will make it right.
I suspect you did not because you and many others on here would rather complain and whine.
That’s a pretty crappy comment to end your post with DB. They sent out the ****ty corn in bags. AC is not the bad guy here. Your beloved Coop is. He sent me that video to upload to my youtube channel so he could get the link to the right people before he thought of posting this. It was too large to email them. In this instance you were wrong.
**** him for giving people a heads up the Coop was selling the bottom of the silo corn….. all 120 bags of it .
They need to make it right when their mistakes cost people real money and time. Saying to just bring it back is not acceptable. This isn't a messed up fast food order they can just walk back up to the counter with.
In my opinion, Producer’s Co-Op in Bryan has seemed to regress the past couple of years. This past spring I had an issue with moldy broiler feed and the customer service was terrible. Not nearly what I had experienced in prior years.
If you paid $5.95/50 lbs I still think you are way ahead of everyone else. Get you one of these and get to work. You seem like you have plenty of time on your hands
When buying unfiltered corn, lime, or fertilizer in bulk, you may run into debris or large chunks. Save time and frustration with the Moultrie Feed Screen! The Feed Screen is designed to break up and catch any pieces that could clog your spreaders and feeders. Capture big pieces of corncob, stalk, sticks, rocks, and more so that you can dump them out before going into your feeder. The Feed Screen will also capture large bits of fertilizer and lime which can then be busted into smaller pieces on top of the screen.
The Feed Screen is designed to securely fit all Moultrie 30-Gallon Quick-Lock feeders, 325 Series feeders, 15-Gallon Directional Feeder, and 15-Gallon ATV spreaders.

LOL AC and others would rather complain and whine??? Screw your coop and 30 years. Go back to PACE. Diaper Dan, is this you?
And why is Smart hosting your videos? Very confusing
Not confusing if you read the whole thread Frawg! Post 19 explains it. He needed a way to get the video to the Coop and it was too large to email. I offered to upload it so he could just send them the link. Once he gets resolution, I’ll delete it .

I hope you are joking. Otherwise, That’s another crappy response to a fellow hunter.
Sorry to hear of your bad experience on buying the corn. Mercy, on top of all the work filling your feeders. Good luck on hopefully some kind of resolution.
I just got back home from a long trip to my leases. Really disappointed in a couple of the responses I’ve read here. I hope my post saved someone from making the same mistake I did on that corn. I sent the video link to two different emails Producers have posted. So far I haven’t received any response. I hope y’all have a safe and successful hunting season.
