I have been much worse in prior yrs and have managed it thru physical therapy, stretching, staying active and ibuprofen but I have other aches becoming more prevalent as I age like most. Wanting to try some different day to day remedies to manage pain when needed.Last edited by WCB; 08-25-2023, 07:10 AM.

Yours sounds way worse than mine, but I had bad back and knee pain. When I got healthy and cut out gluten and most sugars both started getting way better. I know it sounds crazy but something about leaky gut caused by the gluten was increasing inflammation throughout the body. I have also added flavorless collagen to my coffee every morning. Supposed to help as well.
