Getting windows tinted

Kevin, what shop you at? I have used Alta Mere for a couple of my trucks and you know my trucks ain't small and they have never said a word about having to charge extra to use a ladder.

Lol, I have to remember that one. I can see me telling my customer, "I am sorry, I actually have to something so it is $20 more" Methinks I would be hurting for customers.. Leave and go elsewhere

I would definitley tell them that before you leave adn before you pay them the $20. If they are any type of business person they will realize that $20 is not much when it comes to word of mouth advertising and how it can help and hurt, especially hurt in this case.

i cant believe you still let them do it. i worked for my step dads window tinting comp. for 3 years and saw him doing that all the time. then again, my step dad is a peice..
