      No idea-my wife’s gastro says everyone has it to one degree or another. Most never notice. I am apparently “another”

        I high protein diet is very hard on your colon. Your stomach can only process a certain amount of protein. The excess travels through your intestines wreaking havoc.
        A low fiber diet is bad also. But these are just a couple of many things.
        Cutting the bad section out is the only real "FIX". I had it done at 40 only after mine ruptured.. 33 days in the hospital, on deaths bed, made me a believer in the surgery. Not a single issue in the last 17 years...
