to me it would be like going out to the farm and shooting grandpa's old plow horse----where is the sport in this---sorry I know to each his own---but they are to much like horses to me

          Wrong.
Answer me this. If they are so much like a horse, then how come you never see anyone in Africa riding a Zebra?

They are very wary. I conducted some research on a 50k ranch in central Kenya, and never got close enough to a Burchell's zebra to dart one. Now Grevy's zebra is a different story, but they are highly endangered.

Good luck to you, Gerhard! I think a zebra would be a fine trophy! Most who have hunted in Africa comment on how difficult it is to take one.

A cape buffalo looks kinda like a big Brangus bull, but it's still a HECK of a game animal.

Remember to take a lot of pictures.
So many pictures will be taken it will be downright scary!!! "Withdrawal" is probably a understatement!!!

Dang good point! I lived in Kenya for nearly 5 months and never saw a tame one! Definitely a pretty critter!

My dad is heading to Africa this coming summer and a zebra is on his hit list. I am already asking that he add the hide to my list in the will.

The ranch I hunted this weekend has two. They are awsome animals and they can be a pain in the ***. The sounds they make is that of a dogs bark. When you are trying to stalk deer they will push the deer. Besides I hear it taste like CHICKEN
