Another home processor question?

    If your only going to process like 20 or so pounds at a time, I would just use my grinder and mix it by hand. I think you'll find the extra clean up of a mixer will not be worth it.

      I usually do 50-100lbs of meat and a mixer can do 25 lbs at a time. I use mine on a regular basis. Gets it done a little faster and saves the frozen hands. I just run the debonned meat in it and mix the seasonings then run through grinder and stuff. Money well spent and easy to clean.

          I'd have to see that added convenience in person before I buy. I'm going to stick with a small boat paddle and a 120 quart cooler for now....
