Ha. I just called. Said he is trying to lease all 600 to one group. Said he has a standing offer of 35k for the lease but he thinks someone may offer more. I told him good luck and that I was sorry for wasting his time!

35,000. That's a steal of a deal at roughly 60 bucks an acre!! It's between Yancey and Moore. So
I would guess Medina or Frio county.
