I'm still on the fence. I would like a comparison between a work sharp and chief's choice.
My mom has the chief's choice. I go up twice a year and while there, sharpen her knifes. It works good but takes off a lot more metal than the Worksharp. I like the Worksharp better, lol, for what it is worth
