Kidding aside, I am thinking about all the meats thats in the freezer. How do we make it useful? In case the power outage. Can we make it in jerky on all kinds of meat or certain meats only? I do not have dehydrator at moment and it can be very expensive for good brands.

Someone once.mentioned that oven will work. Itd cause some serious smoking in the house??

I mentioned in thread but am going to answer your ?. Plan/make ahead, stock it up with dissient packet like you see in all jerky bag, white packet, inside to keep it tfresh then put it inside the food grade buckets. Buy whey proteins in powder, for proteins as well. It will also help as well with giving what body needs.
