Anybody else suffer from it? I can never sleep on my days off! I just toss and turn until the early morning fall asleep for a few hours(2-4 hrs) and then get up and go about my day dead tired. No matter what I do, I can not seem to fall asleep. If anyone has any advice or experince with this I am open to suggestions.

talk to the doctor. I work strange hours and they gave me lunesta it did not work well so they gave me abbien. I love the ambien non time release it will knock you out in 10-30 minutes. sleep hard for 6+hours. just be sure when you take it you are ready for bed and have no plans to go to store etc...

I've had insomnia for about 7-8 years now. Got diagnosed while I was in the navy. I'll get the same 2-4 hours a day. Pretty used to it now though. I'm a busybody anyways. At one time I was prescribed ambien but didn't care for the druggy feeling and weird dreams. Now I take otc melatonin every couple of days and it helps
