Been off for awhile, but will start the push up program again!

My Wife and I work out at the Church twice a week, cardio, weights, lost of stretches, abs and the occasional Insanity DVD. We also clogg dance one night a week and I teach clogging for after school programs three times a week. I still have to watch what I eat and count the calorie intake. That's it.

my schedule is kinda wacky lately, so i run 1 mile every day at least with my dog. well actually. i jog with him to the dog park (which is right at 1 mile), then we play for at least 20-30 min, then i run back if im feeling up to it or in a hurry to get ready.
after work, i am just trying to unwind and chill so i can get to sleep at a reasonable hour

On the job.... open and close valves for twelve hours and climb a few tanks between 50-60ft in height inbetween the valve cranking.
Away from work..... spin class "some very nice views along the way", medium weight training....not a lot of heavy stuff, and a roll in the hay as often as possible with my sweety. And, that's basically a dang marathon! For anyone in their 40's.... best cardio there is
