Ribeye's in the sky down for the count

Had a great hunt for Sandhills with my dad, my brother, my uncle, a good friend, and my two boys. What a hunt. I am ready to cook em and see if they are as good as people say.

They're a blast to hunt but to me taste like a duck. Cograts on a great hunt.

Please tell us how they are. You can always cut them into strips, put in salty wayer in the fridge, change the water 2 times in 12 hour period, wash off well, bread and fry them up.... Works on ducks and geese.....

You can shoot Sandhills with lead unless it was recently changed.
