Well I shoot a single pin sight and as my string started to stretch I noticed that at 30 yards I actually need to shoot for 32 yards to have the same point of impact as before. Therefore it is my belief a string stretching will slow your bow down.
ETA when I got new strings on my last bow my POI was a little higher than it was with stretched strings and cables. Not alot butenough to notice it picked up some speed after getting new strings and cables. This also adds to my opinion.Last edited by Sparkles; 12-13-2011, 08:31 AM.

The more you have your bow in your hands the more aura you transmit to the riser and limbs. This aura of the hunter / shooter will liven up the bow and make it shoot faster or slower depending on the mood of the shooter. It's not rocket science guys it is transcendental thoughts that make your bow better, faster and more accurate the more you hold it. Where are you getting all this mechanical stuff from anyway, Gees.
