      Next time you are in Amarillo, run by knives plus in Wolflin Square. He showed me how to sharpen a knife shaving sharp on a diamond stone and a leather strop. Before I could never sharpen a knife. I think I have about $40 tied up all together.

              X2 on the WorkSharp. I've sharpended everything in my house and garage. It is awesome. I used to hate to clean pigs because it would dull my knives and require hours on my Lansky. Now, I don't care. I can get them hair shaving sharp in a few minutes. It even sharpens cheap knives well. Best $70 I ever spent.
