AR-15 Forums?

M4carbine is great too, but I seem to like 68forums a little better, just. because I'm researching to purchase a 6.8 upper.

I like the AR15 Armory, decent community, and a ton of good info. Arfcom has a lot of doofus', I don't post there but will read it from time to time. I've been reading the 6.8 forum for a little while now, wanting to put one together. I have a Palmetto lower in the safe for just that reason.

My current AR is a Rock River lower, and parts kit and a Sabre Defence upper and 16" midweight fluted barrel. It is topped with an Aimpoint CompC3.

It's been a ton of fun to own and shoot. It works great as a "truck gun" at the ranch, and is easy to carry in the field. I've done a number on the pig and coon populations with it.

i love the AR's but i wasnt sure how practical they are. What all do you guys do/hunt with them? hogs only or deer etc?

I used to visit AR15.com, but like someone else said, it's too big now.

By the way, i still get their email newsletter and the one I got last week said they were adding an archery section to their forum. I'll stick with the GS thank you very much!
