Well...Been doing it for the last four years and i'm still alive as well as my entire family. If I die tomorrow i have had a great life. Eat up. Or do it the old fashoned way and wash dishes for 30 minutes after you eat. Have fun with that.

I do omlets this way before hunting trips too. brown sausage, add in veggies, 2 eggs and a pat of butter and put it in a food saver bag. Freeze overnight, then seal the bag.

Either microwave it or boil it at camp.
