URGENT need computer help !!!

This all started when she tried to install Mcafee on the laptop. Thats when she got the blue screen

mistake one, mcafee...

you can prolly boot it up in safe mode and either attempt an uninstall and or possibly something as easy as a system restore....

You most likely realize this by now but any business critical system should have a back up and recovery plan. Look into a 2nd PC and keep dual system running.
PC's are way cheaper than the hot got to have bows today. Good luck
