    Not sure if this would qualify as hunter harassment but just a thought: If the blind in question is somewhat close to yours you might think about using the fence line right by his blind as your parking spot. I would only do this if I thought he was being overly shady about the situation and was possibly shooting or planning to shoot a deer on my side of the fence.

        Yep, I talked to the guy today and he apologized. He did try to claim during our initial mtg. Last year when I offered help when his truck wouldn't start that I told him it was ok to clean up the fence lines. I told him that cutting yaupon on my side of the fence on three game trails wasn't clearing fence lines. Still don't know how the conversation of clearing fencelines came up. Also told him I was moving a stand in on the right of way in a safe area. He was very apologetic, just gonna frequently watch the area.
