There is a big difference between bad ethics and possible breaking the law...

I'm not going to get into this argument but I GUARANTEE that no one will hunt near the fence around me! If they do, they won't see hide nor hair of a deer!

Was the fence and yaupon on your side of property or was it his? If tree was on his side he could cut but he shouldnt leave on your property.

Problem is today, we saw three trails where deer and hogs have been crossing and on those crossings, the yaupon had been trimmed back on my side of the fence and one strand of wire on one trail was pulled up to hang on the strand above it to make the opening larger. Never had a problem with them before, but I will call the guy tomorrow and discuss it. Does this fit the bill for trespassing, I mean the animals could already cross there, they have a trail, what would be the purpose of enlarging the crossing? Any ideas or feedback?
sometimes with the bottom wire, when a hog goes under it, it can wrap onto the wire above it, the wire just rides on top of the hogs back and just grabs onto the next wire. this usually will not happen with deer. as far as the brush clearing, yeah that is a little to much!

sometimes when a hog crosses under a fence it will twist the bottom wire onto the next one up, but as far as the brush clearing, that is too much. but if you don't want your /his? hogs crossing there, just go pee around there and they will not be in the area for awhile!
