That pool will be $80,000+. You have raised rock walls, f/s deck, you know it has a computer and pebble type finish. It has 2000 sq. ft. of deck, lol. $10,000 for summer kitchen and $30,000 for the cabana... minimum. Oops, just saw the fireplace....another $8000 for that

I can have a beautiful Cabana or Gazibo, super nice with two bathrooms...wait for it....13k...the joys of living on the border dont know about the pool...it will be more than 13k with a fireplace
