I don't drink coffee but giving up Diet Cokes will be tough for me. I'll manage somehow.

Guys, here's one of my favorite concoctions. Simple. Looks terrible, but tastes really good.

                    3 cucumbers
                    4 carrots
                    4 stalks celery
                    1/2 large papaya
                    1 whole beet
                    2 bananas
                    4-5 sprigs parsley

Kale is awesome, too. The papaya and parsley are super foods and pack a TON of the good stuff, but take getting used to. I was making a batch every 2 days and that was all I would consume. I was pretty religious about it for a month or so, and lost over 25#. However, I've become a little lax lately and juice about once a week right now (if that at times) and am slowly putting it back on. My willpower is pretty low. Reading this thread has gotten me all excited about it again and I'm back on it tomorrow. This just after I put a good bit of my kid's halloween candy away tonight. YIKES!

Thanks, I'll give that one a try. I assume the banana gets mixed in by hand right?

I have a Champion juicer and EVERYTHING goes in bit by bit. I usually cut everything up first to make it easier to juice. I leave the celery for last because the strings tend to wrap up around the grating cylinder and clog the screen. Bananas are easy and usually go in with the cucumbers. The parsley usually takes a bit of effort too, so that goes in just before the celery.
