I will have to check it out. I was out of control for a while after a fairly significant back injury... I found myself sitting around waiting to get better and it just plain doesn't work that way. I am 40+ pounds down since June and right at halfway to where I want to be. It is simple now.... just have to resist the temptations.
I grill everything.... fire up the grill darn near every day.
If I hit a plateau I may just try the juice thing.
First morning, first juice, Day 1. Had a juice with carrot, celery, apples, and strawberry. Quite good! Made one for the kids with strawberry, apples, carrots, and grapes. They liked it too!
