My first one is a browning buck on my right bikini line/hip. I got it spur of the moment when I was 18 and a big country gal. At the time Browning was the only firearm I would shoot and pole I would cast. LOL

My second one is on my right foot. My sister was diagnosed with brain cancer in August of 2010. She has a butterfly tattoo on his stomach so I got one on my right foot. I designed it and made the body of the butterfly a cancer ribbon. I placed it on my right foot because my sister has always been my best friend (right hand man)...

Why or what should someone get?

Whatever they like. I feel that the best looking tattoos are ones that don't have some profound meaning. The reason, they are all about the art and only restraints are to look good. Ones with meaning are obviously good too and have their place. "generally" they just have a lot of restraints artistically to meet all the stipulations the customer wants. People are normally not open to artistic expression from a professional artist when it's super personal for obvious reasons. They are the biggest challenge as an artist.
Can you post the pics of the catfish tattoos? I would like to see what they look like.

4 leaf clover made to look like a Maltese cross with SAFD under the clover, surrounded by a ring flames. Got it right after I got off probation as a firefighter in San Antonio. All I would want to add is some bible verses around it like psalms 23:4, but may never do it.

In my humble opinion if you are going to put something on your body that is permanant, like a tattoo. It should mean something. I think people that get tats all over that have no meaning at all are crazy. My last name is Panther. My father had a panther on his arm . He got it over see's when he was in the milatary so if he got killed and they could not identify him , may be the tat would be there to help. I have a brother that went into the armed services , that did the same. That is the only one I have ever wanted. I have never got it. It wouldn't take much to get me to . A tat should mean something . That just my $0.02 ...MP

Depends on where ya go, what ya want, colors, size, etc. The one on my back has 3 colors and is a lil bigger than palm size I guess and cost me 150$, but my small one on my arm is just black and only cost 50$.

My neighbor owns his own tat shop, he did a special once that was 150$ and he would do whatever ya wanted for as long as ya could stand the needle!
