A question for all you golf cart users

    Depends really what u are using it for. I could see an advantage with gas for hauling stuff. If I were buying another for hunting it would definitely be a 48 volt. If you are using it for golf electric must be the way to go. I have not seen many gas carts on the golf course.

      Actually, electric carts have more torque for hauling and towing than gas carts do. If you plan to haul a lot go with a 48 volt.

        i have an electric cart with lift, love it very quiet and will go for days on a charge. just put a set of new batteries in it last week cost around 108.00 a battery but the last set lasted five years.

          Go electric. Quiet as a mouse and in the summer you won't have to put up with the gas engine heat as well. Here's a couple of pics of mine. Not at all painted for the brush but can still sneak up on critters.

            I have an 06 ezgo txt series cart. No upgrades under the seat as of yet. I hunt very flat land out here in west Tx and it does fine all over the places I hunt. It is a sneaky little cart for sure. I just finished herculining the top and the cargo bed. Gas carts make no sense to me....might as well have a utv stinking it up and scaring everything with the noise.
