Want to go fishing? Port O'Connor

Me and a few buddies are planning a fishing trip from Nov 7 - 12. Yeah, Yeah, I know, that "in the middle of hunting season". Not everyone will be hunting Tuesday through Saturday, and you don't have to stay the whole week. We are trying to get people to come out and have some fun.

So far, there are 6-7 of us. We have a house that will sleep 13, and we have access to 3 boats, one 24' and 2 - 22' boats. We will mainly be having a blast reeling in Bull Reds and Jack Cravelle with the occasional Black Tip shark, but there will be plenty slot red and other fishing as well.

If you're interested, PM me. I will be leaving Monday after work from Boerne, TX, and fishing Tuesday - Friday, and returning early Saturday.

During that time frame....boo-koo flounder in Port O'Connor!

Should be a decent trip....pending weather and water temps during that time frame. Considering y'all have a pretty good chunk of the week lined up....if the weather isn't prime one day....y'all have enough days lined up to see a change.

It's the 6th week for bow hunters, lol.

We have 4 spots Tue and Wed (8th & 9th), and 3 spots Thur and Fri (10th & 11th). We'll be coming back Sat.

You could fish during the week, and be back on the lease by Fri night.

The guts leaving the back bays should hold lots of flounder on a falling tide. If you are fishing the rocks there are some good ones around the J Hook and up in the oil cuts. I will be going late October and might be down then but dont make any plans that far out. Ill let you know when the time is close if Im gonna be down.

I think I might be in. If we dont make the playoffs in football, I could possibly be in for Thursday and Friday. I might have another one or two that might be interested as well. I will let you know for sure.

                    Awesome offer.

Remember, only 2 flounder each in November, and no gigging. They will hole up by the old coast guard station at times also.
